Insurance Reimbursability

Classes and individual sessions are usually insurance reimbursable under plans typically called “freedom plans” which allow the insured to use a non-plan designated provider. If you have a freedom plan and have coverage for childbirth education, and/or mental health services, you will most likely be eligible for reimbursement for group and/ or individual sessions. As a New York State Certified Social Worker, Ms. Fox can provide you with an invoice for the services rendered to you, with the proper diagnostic and treatment code.
